Right to be Forgotten

Use this option if you want to remove your personal and other data from our store. Keep in mind that this process will delete your account, so you will no longer be able to access or use it anymore.

1.2 - Take part in an interactive shopping experience where we offer our latest and greatest inventory to customers at discounted prices BEFORE they hit our shelves!

1.3 - Get early access to fresh stock every second Tuesday and enjoy all the added fun of a live auction-style sale!


2.1 - Want to join in the fun? Be sure to follow our gracious host TheNintenDoc on Twitch and turn on notification to never miss a sale! 


3.1 - Prices are in CAD and exclude postage.

3.2 - Wait for price.

3.3 - Type in chat: Claim [name of item] You may also use emote (thenin17Claim)

3.4 - Back-up claims are encouraged and will be honored at the stated price if multiple copies of the same item are on hand.

3.5 - Worldwide shipping available. Claimer pays actual postage from Canada.

3.5.1 - FREE shipping on orders $200+ Canadian (before tax).

3.5.2 - FREE shipping for Tier-3 Subs.

3.5.3 - 50% off shipping for Tier-2 Subs.

3.5.4 - Canadian claimers are subject to sales tax.

3.6 - Invoices, payments and orders are sent, processed and fulfilled by Island Retro Ltd.


4.1 - Pre-claim sale (first hour of the sale) is subscriber-exclusive.

4.2 - Any items not claimed in the first hour will be made available to all viewers from the second hour on.

4.3 - Only items presented during the sale are eligible to be claimed.

4.4 - Be specific with your request.

4.5 - First claim Doc sees will be fulfilled. Doc has final decision-making authority in the event of a dispute.


5.1 - To receive an invoice, sign up for a free account on Island Retro and complete your user profile including shipping information, email address and phone number (required by Canada Post for international shipments).

5.2 - Whisper @TheNintenDoc on Twitch with the email address you used in the first step. You can type /w TheNintenDoc

5.2.1 - For privacy reasons, please do not share your email publicly in Twitch chat.

5.3 - Total including postage will be determined during invoicing.

5.4 - Any/all successfully requested items will be held for invoicing.

5.5 - Invoicing may take up to 48 hours to be sent.

5.6 - Invoices will be sent via email once generated.


6.1 - Payment is required within 48 hoursof receiving your invoice ifanyof the following are true:

6.1.1 - Your outstanding invoice balance is greater than or equal to $200.00 Canadian including postage fees and sales tax;

6.1.2 - You have been informed that your current box is full;

6.1.3 - It has been at least 1 live sale since your last claim;

6.2 - Onceanyof the above conditions are met, invoiced items will continue be reserved for a maximum of 7 calendar days days.

6.2.1 - Invoices can be paid using all major credit cards via PayPal, Island Retro eGift Card or Cryptocurrency.

6.2.2 - Once paid, your items will begin processing for shipment.

6.2.3 - A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent from upon fulfillment.

6.2.4 - The local Canada Post office typically doesn’t scan packages upon arrival. It can take up to 3 days for the tracking to update.


7.1 - You may pay for the item in full, or use our layaway service to checkout: 20% down with the balance due and payable in equal instalments over the next 3 months.

7.2 - If payment is not received in full by the end of the 8th day and no payment arrangements have been made through our layaway service, items will be made available for public purchase through and therefore subject to pricing changes.

7.3 - If payment is not received by the 30th calendar day following receipt of your invoice, claims are subject to cancelation at TheNintenDoc's sole and absolute discretion.

7.4 - Canceled claims, both by the claimer or by TheNintenDoc for any reason within his sole and absolute discretion, may result in temporary or permanent ban from future claim sales.


8.1 - Please be patient. It may take several days to receive an invoice.
